Cats Cafe in Karlsruhe

I was there once and the condition is very slow. We waited over an hour until someone came but otherwise everything was great and delicious :))

Delicious food, very friendly service and the four-legged friends are super cute and playful. I also think the website is well done! :) gladly come again :)

I was with my friends on October 21. 2020 here. At first everything seemed very friendly and nice and the cats are very cute. When we had ordered, our orders were lost twice, the three waffles that we ordered came after 2 hours and we had asked at least 3 times or even more in that time. I would definitely not come here again.

What an experience all the cats enjoyed, the delicious cakes and delicious snacks in a nice atmosphere. A really great idea and you also felt the love for the animals. Very friendly everyone and I wish you and your team all the best for your cats Cafe

Cozy café, great tea, good selection of food and desserts. Attention is paid to hygiene. I waited a long time after ordering and the staff seemed stressed (I guess I just had a bad day with the latter, they still had some technical problems). There is 1 star deduction for the waiting time, unfortunately the cats don't make up for that either, who really provided entertainment. I would recommend it without reservation to anyone who has the time and likes cats.

The restaurant is really great if you just want to see and stroke the cats. Coffee was lukewarm and mediocre. The cakes are ok but the service is very slow. Nice and helpful but unfortunately also a bit chaotic.

The waitress was very nice and open and often sought a conversation. The cats were all very calm and seemed very relaxed and trusting. The food came quickly but left something to be desired. The background music wasn't very varied and actually bothered us a bit. Still I would go there again :)

Very nice café, nicely furnished, with enough space for the cats. The waitresses were very friendly and the food delicious. Just great!

Great concept! You drink your coffee and are surrounded by cats. Cats are very cute and some can be painted (you should of course give the cats their rest when they need it). The employees were very nice and in a great mood. You looked for a conversation and from time to time you said something about the cats, which is very interesting. Cake selection was good too. There are also vegan cakes (e.g. vegan Russian plucked cake). The chocolate dream was definitely a dream - but very hearty. A star deduction because hardly / never was aired. We were there for hours and at some point it got stuffy. I think it's even more important in the Corona period. One should pay more attention to it! Otherwise the tables will be disinfected immediately :) Still nice café and I would go again.

The place is charming with the kittens, but the attention leaves much to be desired, there are many waiters but without making much sense, whoever takes the order and who charges is always the same girl, I deduce that the boss, the rest of the people clear the tables They only bring orders, so we had to wait to pay for a couple of coffees for almost 40 min. because also the girl starts a conversation at each table ... in short, lack of agility in the service. In addition, some girls gave food to the cats, which is prohibited as long as it is not food for them, and the waitress yelled at the customers in an exaggerated way, setting up a scene ... I understand that you have to say something but shouting? ..the two girls were embarrassed by the eyes of the rest of the customers ... what a horror, I had a bad time with them 😅

Had to wait an hour for a tea and an hour and a half for the food which is nothing special. The waitress argued the whole time we were there. The cats are cute but not worth the wait and the circus

Friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and cats. What more do you want? Prices are absolutely okay and great attention is paid to cleanliness because of the cat hair. I can definitely only recommend it.

I went there for the first time today and think the cafe is really great. The ramen soup of Buddha's hand was delicious and the cats are really cute and trusting. I can't understand a lot of the bad reviews. In my opinion, the staff worked professionally and dealt with the customers in a relaxed, very friendly manner. People should be clear that the waiting time can be longer when it is full. I will come back for sure.

Never again. 3 waitresses, but none was ready to serve. 2 girls and a boy. The two girls either stroked the cats or walked empty-handed, uncoordinated in world history. At around 5:10 pm we entered the cafe. The young gentleman asked us to wait because table 9 wanted to pay to have us sit down there. Table 5 was free. We waited a long time and sat at table 9 at 5:20 p.m. Since we weren't asked what we would like at 5:30 p.m., I called the young lady with the cat-ear hair circlet, who only made a disparaging gesture. The young man came and took our order, a latte and a glass of red currant spritzer. I paid for the drinks without having any, well. After 30 minutes I told the other young waitress that I would like my money back because I still had no drinks until 6 p.m. She cheekily replied "after just 30 minutes you want your money back?" Um, girl, get into reality and get organized better. This applies to all 3. Such a lousy service is unreasonable and unacceptable. Better to hire someone who is knowledgeable about service and customer satisfaction before you have to close your shop because of incompetent staff.

A very nice place to enjoy ramen and pet cats. Essem was there very quickly and tasted very good, you could bridge the time by dealing with the cats. All of the cats were friendly and very cuddly.

Nice casual place but a bit smelly so I recommend you to set by the window or on the balcony. The waffles are nice but the cakes aren't the best. Cappuccino is not the best but the espresso is. The workers are so friendly and welcoming.

We were there for the first time today and were received very nicely. We wanted to sit by the window where there was also a cat in the basket. Despite the Corona rules, they specially arranged the space for us. Thank you very much for that. I think an intern took care of that. Thank you 😊 We had waffles with ice cream and berries, fresh and very, very tasty 😍👌 It was a really great lunch, thank you very much 👍😊 We will be back definitely

Food I had was terrible and tasted spoiled. Gave it back but still had to pay for it.

Pretty cool cats and lovely Japanese food. Would liked to have given 5 stars, but had to ask for meal to be heated up as it was first served not hot enough. Worth the extra wait though.

Shady area, extremely understaffed. We had to wait on our table for the waiter for so long, we had to leave again and find another place. Also, there are like 5 dishes on the menu, all Ramen.

I absolutely loved the cats and the staff but I've seen some complaints about the cats biting. Guys, they are animals. What did you expect? All in all, I had a great day and enjoyed my stay and the food. Can recommend it to anyone.

super cozy and the cats were all really cute 😆 The foods are vegetarian and vegan. I recommend the „badische“ Ramen, the quantity was satisfying for an empty stomach of a student and it tasted really good! Plus for students it costs only 5,90€ There were also cakes, smoothies, homemade ice tea and waffles. The cakes varies everyday and some of them are vegan. I definitely will come back!

The café is really cozy and the people are friendly. The cats are the main attractions, they're pretty cute and can ease your heart. They're so used to human and they will sometimes come to the guests, play with them or just take a nap. Combined with the mellow music the experience of being there alone is really pleasing. The food and drinks are delicious and vegetarian on top of that with good pricing. You can take your time and play with the cats while waiting, eating or drinking. Overall my experience in the café was really satisfying and I would recommend it for people who wants to visit a really cozy café and for cat lovers but as well as for everyone who's curious about what a café would be like if there are a lot of cute cats.

I recommend arriving just after opening time when it's easy to get a table. (Otherwise reserve a table.) They are closed on Mondays. We've gone twice and ordered coffee and waffles. The coffee doesn't take too long. The waffles do take awhile but are delicious. They have vegan and gluten-free options. There aren't a lot of food choices, but it's nice for a lunch or dessert and fun cat-watching.

Quite young and friendly crew and a lot is being done to ensure the safety and well-being of the four-legged hosts. A nice variety of drinks and snacks are available. The atmosphere is very friendly and time flies by. The cats are friendly in nature but as they are cats and they have their own will, a visit cannot be guaranteed, but this does not diminish the experience in any way. If you have a chance visit, but it might be helpful to reserve a table beforehand.
